ORDERS 

A piece made to order can be returned for Linda Seebauer Hansen credit. Linda will communicate with you if your work is too personal or outside of her typical collection to be returned. Jewelry must be returned within one week of receiving the piece in the condition it was received - no damage or in disrepair from use or wear. The customer is responsible for a timely return and shipping costs.

LOCAL DROP OFF OR PICK UP

Local drop off or pick up is available. Note: Linda will work with you on St. Paul or Minneapolis, Minnesota metro area details.  

SHIPPING & SALES TAX

Shipping within the United States is available. I also collect sales tax. Packages are sent USPS Priority Mail. *Note - USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days). You will receive an email with an expected shipping date and cost usually within 1-2 weeks. NOTE: please make sure that the shipping address is a secure location. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Request USPS Priority Mail estimate before placing your order.
